Bath Philharmonia is the city's professional orchestra, performing a year-round programme of concerts in Bath's historic venues. Working at the highest level, the orchestra engages internationally renowned soloists and is widely regarded as one of the best orchestras in the South West of England. Alongside the busy concert season, Bath Phil Creative Learning team delivers learning and participation projects to young people, schools and young carers throughout the region. Our aim is to make learning and participation at the heart of everything we do. 

We welcome applicants with a passion for the arts. A knowledge of orchestral music is desirable, but not essential. Applicants should be proactive; work well independently and as part of a team; have good IT skills; be proficient in social media and website maintenance; and be open and adaptable to the varied nature of the role.
