As a condition of applying to and/or enrolling with the ASE Programme, students agree that any claims they may make against ASE (including its employees, agents or representatives) - or that are made on their behalf, directly or indirectly, by any other party - will be settled exclusively by UK law, and will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of UK courts. Your consent to this condition is required as part of the admissions and registration process.
The Programme reserves the right to dismiss a student at its discretion, either for unsatisfactory behaviour or consistent non-attendance. Students must conform to the laws of the UK at all times. Serious offences may lead to deportation.
